A running list of celeb behaviour...

Updated: Aug 28, 2020

During these grim times, it seems celebrities still want to entertain. And with no access to the outside world, they are getting pretty creative on how they connect with fans. Here are some weird and wonderful things celebrities have been posting on their socials.

Those using their talents for good

Those using their talents in an unexpected way

Those going entirely off script...

  • In perhaps the most out of touch move so far...Queen of Coachella Vanessa Hudgens took to Instagram live to vent her frustration with the virus by saying “I'm sorry, but, like, it's a virus … I get it. I respect it. But at the same time, even if everybody gets it, like, yeah, people are gonna die, which is terrible but, like … inevitable?” – safe to say, she’s copping an expected amount of backlash for her comments.

  • Inspired by people singing from their balconies, celebrities banded together to sing a (pretty terrible) rendition of ‘imagine’. Led by Gal Gadot, celebrities like Jimmy Fallon, Amy Adams and Sia joined in. Even though they probably meant well,  the video has received a lot of flack and has been the victim to many parodies, including one of aussie artists uniting to sing Untouched by The Veronicas.

  • Britney Spears has been heralded as the new face of socialism as she posted on instagram, calling for strikes and the redistribution of wealth.

  • And finally... Madonna doesn’t care about how smart or funny or famous you are as she imparted that COVID-19 is an equaliser shared her thoughts whilst naked.. in a tub.. full of rose petals...from her mansion.
